About Witt-FinancialWitt Financial Advsiors, Inc. (WFA) was founded in August 1999 in Colorado by Jayesh Shah. WFA is a registered investment advising firm in the state of Colorado. It is an independent fee-based financial advisor catering to small and medium-sized clients. WFA does not sell products and does not receive commissions from any vendors - mutual fund companies, insurance companies, brokerage companies. As such, WFA is truly impartial in its recommendations. Jayesh Shah, CPA, PFS, CMA President of WFA, has over 24 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance and investment in the United States, Canada and India. A Colorado resident for over 17 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and sound business advice to his many clients in the Rocky Mountain region. Prior to founding Witt Financial Advisors, Inc., Jayesh worked with a local public accounting firm and in the Oil and Gas and Health Care and Telecommunications industries. Most recently, he was with US West International and Media One International and Corporate Finance divisions. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from India and has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Law degree (LLB) from the University of Bombay, Bombay, India. Jayesh Shah is a member of the following:
